That was November 2019. For us dealers and shipping service providers, the most exciting and stressful time of the year always begins.

In our own shop Gorilla Wear we spent a few days preparing for the big discount battle "Black Weekend" and the upcoming Christmas business. But some of our fulfillment customers have also planned campaigns, some of which have already started or will come. We have prepared ourselves accordingly.

DHL also announced a price increase in January 1, 2020, we have already communicated the new conditions.
DHL ensures delivery before Christmas Eve, provided that parcels are delivered on time before December 20, 2019 at 6 p.m. DHL is coming to pick up the shipments at 12:30 p.m. on December 20, 2019, so everyone will still be delivered on time.

In our fulfillment software we also have the function "serial numbers". First, the serial numbers are imported into our system via CSV. For each order, a serial number is then issued on the delivery note and the corresponding product with the serial number is taken from the warehouse. The customer and the fulfillment partner will then receive information about which serial number was used for the order.

In November we also revised all of our online forms. Since there were problems sending the information, we all set up with new software. At this point we would like to fill out our fulfillment customers again Goods announcement recall.
