Now January is over again. The time passed so quickly that we can no longer say in detail what we have done this month. However, if you look at our weekly shipping volume in the past few weeks compared to that of the previous year, you might think that we would pack and send parcels day and night. Although we have doubled the number of packages, it has not become more stressful. At this point I would like to thank the hardworking team.

But we were also able to optimize the processes by continuously optimizing and expanding our fulfillment software. There is a lot of work in the background, which does not always have a direct impact on our customers. But there is an innovation that some have already noticed. The notices for our fulfillment customers with problems with orders are now sent at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and no longer as before, once a day. This enables them to be processed more quickly and the package can be sent on the way earlier.

We actually have nothing more to report. We'll save ourselves the small talk about the weather here.
